When you receive a booking inquiry, go to your Bookings dashboard and click on the inquiry card. You'll see a response panel where you can write a message, confirm your availability, and attach any relevant details. We recommend responding within 24 hours to maintain a high response rate and improve your visibility on giant-project.
Payments are held securely in escrow once a booking is confirmed. After the event is marked complete by both parties, funds are released within 3–5 business days to your registered bank account. You can track payment status in real time from the Bookings dashboard. giant-project charges a 10% service fee on each transaction.
After each completed booking, both the troupe and the event manager can leave a review. Ratings are on a 5-star scale covering performance quality, punctuality, and communication. Reviews are publicly visible on your troupe profile. Maintaining a high rating improves your ranking in search results and builds trust with new event managers.
Booking inquiries expire after 48 hours if no response is received. The event manager is notified and the inquiry is automatically closed. Unanswered inquiries count against your response rate metric. If you are unavailable for a period, we recommend setting your profile to "Away" mode so managers know not to expect an immediate reply.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations between 3–7 days incur a 25% fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. We strongly encourage both parties to communicate early if any changes arise. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect your troupe's trust score.
Yes. When accepting a booking, you can request a deposit of up to 50% of the total fee. The event manager will be notified and prompted to pay the deposit to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is paid after event completion. Deposits help protect troupes from last-minute cancellations.
If a dispute arises, either party can raise a case through the Bookings dashboard within 72 hours of the event. Our support team reviews all submitted evidence — messages, contracts, and media. Decisions are typically made within 5 business days. giant-project's ruling is final and binding, and payment is released or refunded accordingly.
Yes. You may receive multiple inquiries for overlapping dates. You can accept only one confirmed booking per date per troupe account. When you confirm a booking for a date, we recommend declining other inquiries for the same period with a polite message. The calendar view on your dashboard helps you manage date conflicts effectively.
