The app operates purely as a software escrow-matching platform without managing physical delivery logistics. 1. ARCHITECTURE & 3-TIER USER ROLES: - Role 1: Buyer (Customer) -> Browses local cooks, orders individual plates/dishes, tracks order status, retrieves 4-digit pickup PIN. - Role 2: Cook / Vendor -> Registers kitchen, manages menu prices/availability, inputs customer 4-digit PIN upon pickup to release escrow funds, requests wallet cashouts. - Role 3: Platform Admin -> Global dashboard monitoring total platform GMV, commission payouts, active escrow balances, vendor approvals, and support tickets. 2. BUYER EXPERIENCE & INDIVIDUAL PLATE ORDERING: - Homepage Layout: Top persistent EN/FR language toggle state (`useLang`). Header logo icon "AK" with title "Achu & Kati-Kati" (STRICTLY EXCLUDE "Douala Express"). - Hero Copy: "Order authentic Bamenda-style Achu and yellow or black soup, and Fufu and Kati-Kati from local cooks in Douala." - Local Vendor Directory: List active Douala cooks showing ONLY Vendor Name, Quarter Location, Rating, and Menu. - PRIVACY SHIELD: NEVER display cook phone numbers or personal contacts to buyers. All support routes to Platform Admin WhatsApp. - Individual Dish Customization: * Dish 1: "Achu Special" (Base: 2,500 XAF) -> Soup Radio choices: Yellow Soup, Black Soup, Mix (Yellow + Black). Add-ons: Bamenda Njama Njama (+500 XAF), Canda (+500 XAF), Towel (+500 XAF), Extra Pepper (+200 XAF), Extra Meat (+1,000 XAF). * Dish 2: "Fufu Corn & Kati-Kati" (Base: 2,500 XAF) -> Base: Standard Fufu, Extra Fufu (+500 XAF). Add-ons: Extra Kati-Kati Chicken (+1,000 XAF), Bamenda Njama Njama (+500 XAF), Extra Pepper (+200 XAF). - Checkout & Escrow: Buyer pays via Mobile Money (MoMo/Orange). System generates an active order with a unique 4-Digit Pickup PIN. 3. COOK / VENDOR PORTAL & ONBOARDING: - Vendor Registration Form: Cook submits Kitchen Name, Quarter (e.g. Makepe, Akwa, Bonapriso), MoMo Cashout Number, ID Upload, and Menu Items. - Vendor Dashboard: * Live Menu Manager: Toggle dish availability (In Stock / Out of Stock) and update prices in XAF. * Orders Queue: View incoming individual plate orders and customer names. * Escrow PIN Release: Numeric keypad to enter buyer's 4-digit PIN upon pickup. Verifying the PIN instantly credits the order amount to the Vendor's Wallet. * Wallet & Cashout: View total balance and click "Request Cashout to MoMo". 4. PLATFORM ADMIN DASHBOARD: - Overview Metrics: Total Platform Sales (XAF), Escrow Funds Held, Vendor Wallet Balances, Active Orders count. - Vendor Management: Approve new cook registrations or suspend accounts. - Concierge Support: Primary WhatsApp router for customer disputes or delivery inquiries. 5. BULK CATERING MODULE (SEPARATE TAB): - Preset Cards: 20 guests (30,000 XAF), 40 guests (55,000 XAF), 60 guests (80,000 XAF), 100 guests (130,000 XAF). - Custom Stepper Card: Horizontal stepper featuring a minus (-) button, direct editable numeric `<input>` field, and plus (+) button calculating food at 1,500 XAF per guest.
