Your customer context is scattered across individual messages and isolated deal lists. Orbit CRM keeps the account, its contacts, the deal and the conversation in one connected record.

Fictional sample records
The daily problem
The account history exists — it just lives in individual messages.
The next person to speak to the customer starts from scratch, rebuilding a picture that already existed somewhere else.
Deals sit in isolated lists with no link back to the conversation that shaped them.
Prioritisation becomes guesswork, because the reason a deal is where it is never travels with the deal.
Activity history is remembered rather than recorded.
The same questions get asked twice, and the answer depends on who happens to remember it.
Context should survive the hand-off.
That is the pattern this CRM is built to replace — not the relationships themselves, but the habit of leaving the story behind in a thread nobody else can read.
Contacts, the open deal and recent activity sit on the same record, so a hand-off keeps its context instead of restarting the conversation.

What the product covers
Connected records
Accounts, the contacts linked to them, the open deal and the recent activity sit on one record instead of in three places.
Context survives hand-offs
More coherent customer conversations
Deal stages and expected close dates
Each deal carries its value, stage, entered probability and expected close date, so the pipeline is read from records rather than from memory.
Clearer prioritisation
Better pipeline discussions
Activity history
Calls, emails and meetings are logged against the account with a date and a short remark, and stay in order.
Fewer repeated questions
More prepared sales teams
Records the ledger draws on
Accounts
The customer record that everything else hangs from.
Contacts
Named people linked to an account, with their role.
Deals
Value, stage, entered probability and expected close date.
Leads
Held with the owner and the stage they have reached.
Activity history
Linked call, email and meeting records in date order.
Views
Separate rep, manager and admin views over the same records.
NoteAny forecast or probability shown here is configured or entered information, not a guarantee. The record is only as complete as what the team enters.
How it works
The workflow runs in a fixed order and leaves a written trail behind it. Each step adds to the same account record, so nothing depends on memory.
Link the account to its contacts, its open deal and its activity history before anyone picks up the phone. The record arrives complete, so the conversation starts with context instead of a blank page.
Log what was said and when against the account, so the next person to speak with the customer sees the same notes. Hand-offs stop depending on who happened to be in the room.
Move the deal through its stages with a value, an entered probability and an expected close date. Pipeline discussions then rest on the record rather than on recollection.
The record is only as complete as what the team enters. Reminders and escalation run on triggers and notification settings configured during deployment.
What Orbit CRM does not doOrbit CRM — boundaries
Everything here stays open, so you can read it now and come back to it after the workflow. These are the questions buyers ask once the demo is over.
No
No. Email sync is not automatic, and Orbit CRM does not read your mailbox in the background. Messages that matter are recorded against the account by your team — a rep logs the email they sent, the reply they received, or the thread they want the next person to see, and it sits in the account timeline with a date and a short summary of what was said.
What that means in practice: the timeline is accurate when the team keeps it accurate, not because the product is watching your inbox.
No
No. Call recording is not included, and there is nothing to switch on that would capture audio. A call appears on the account as a logged activity — who spoke, when it happened and what was agreed — so the conversation is part of the record without the product listening in.
What that means in practice: you keep the substance of the call, not the audio of it.
No
No, and Orbit CRM does not make an AI forecasting claim. Any forecast or probability you see is information your team configured or entered — a deal probability typed against a stage, an expected close date set by the owner — and it is a working estimate for the pipeline conversation, not a guarantee of the outcome.
What that means in practice: the forecast reflects the judgement your team put in, and it changes when that judgement changes.
The honest position
The record is only as complete as what the team enters. Orbit CRM organises accounts, contacts, deals and activity history so context survives a hand-off — it does not close gaps nobody wrote down. It also does not replace the conversation: the call, the site visit and the negotiation still happen between people, and the record is what carries that work forward to whoever picks it up next.

DelegationDesk — task & delegation management
You hired a team. You shouldn’t have to be its reminder app.
DelegationDesk makes ownership, deadlines, progress and escalation visible for teams currently coordinated through messages, spreadsheets and repeated verbal follow-ups — so follow-through stops depending on memory.
A task gets mentioned in a thread and everyone nods. Days later nobody can say who actually owns it — the owner, the person doing the work, or whoever noticed it was late.
So the manager becomes the reminder system. Asking for updates in messages, rebuilding the same status in a spreadsheet, and following up again because the answer only arrived in one person’s head.
Work gets marked done, but not against anything agreed. There was no shared definition of finished, so what came back is close to expected — and not the same thing.
What changes
DelegationDesk is not a nicer list. Each capability below changes how work is handed out, followed up and reviewed — read it left to right, from what the tool does to what your team stops doing by hand.
One name carries the work, one name carries the outcome, and the people who need to know are recorded up front.
Clearer responsibility and fewer hand-off gaps.
Accountability that survives hand-offs.
Every task states what it is, when it is due, how urgent it is and what done actually looks like.
People know what needs doing and what completion means.
Fewer rework loops.
Each person knows which decisions they can make on their own and which ones go back to the owner.
Decisions get made without returning every question to the owner.
Faster day-to-day progress.
Approaching deadlines and overdue work can be surfaced to the right people, reducing the chasing you do by hand.
Background triggers and notification settings must be configured during deployment.Approaching deadlines and overdue work surface to the right people.
Less manual chasing.
Repeat work is generated from a template on its own schedule instead of being remembered each time.
Routine work is generated instead of remembered.
Fewer dropped recurring responsibilities.
Managers can see where work is stuck and read the sequence of events behind each task.
Managers can identify blockers and review execution with context.
Better-informed reviews.
How it works
A task with no named owner is a task nobody owns. Each item carries one responsible owner who does the work and one accountable owner who answers for it, plus everyone who has to be consulted or kept informed.
FAQs
Illustrative answers
A task list records what needs doing. DelegationDesk records who is answerable for it. Every task carries a responsible owner and an accountable owner, plus the people who must be consulted and informed — so a hand-off does not quietly become nobody’s job. Each task also states its acceptance criteria (what “done” actually means), an authority level (which decisions the owner can make without coming back to you), and an escalation path. When a deadline approaches, the task and the decision behind it stay attached to the same record instead of scattering across chat threads and spreadsheets.
Reminders and multi-level escalation are configurable, but they are not switched on by themselves. Background triggers and notification settings have to be configured during deployment — they need to run on a scheduled background process and reach a notification channel your team has set up. Automatic WhatsApp messaging is not included by default; if your team uses WhatsApp, it must be configured as an option during deployment rather than assumed. Until that configuration is done, DelegationDesk records deadlines, statuses and escalation paths, but it does not send anything.Setup is part of deployment, not something that happens on sign-in.
DelegationDesk makes ownership, deadlines, progress and escalation visible. It does not replace the judgement of the people using it.

Built on what you already use
DelegationDesk runs on the same Google Sheets and Apps Script foundation your team already works from. It extends that base so ownership and follow-up are visible instead of buried in a spreadsheet.
Routine work keeps generating from your existing sheets, while each task carries a named owner, a deadline, an acceptance criteria and an escalation path. Less chasing, fewer hand-off gaps, and reviews that come with context.
