Business Systems ArchitectDigital TransformationMIS
I build ERP systems, MIS platforms, workflow automation and internal business software by studying how a business actually operates and converting its real processes into structured, connected digital systems.
Operational reality
Most businesses do not run on one system. They run on disconnected spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, manual approvals, registers, phone calls and repeated follow-ups — each holding a piece of the truth, none of them talking to the others.
My work starts there. I study the process as it really happens — the people, the data, the bottlenecks and the rules — then convert that operational reality into a structured system that is easier to manage, automate and scale.
Understand the process first. Design the technology second.
Disconnected artefactsFriction
The owner’s job: turn this into one structured system.
Transformation
Operations rarely fail for lack of effort. They fail for lack of structure. This is the shift I work toward — disconnected artefacts in, one operating system out.
Work carried by people, memory and separate tools — nothing joined up.
One connected system — structured data, clear ownership and a live view.
Friction — before stateActive path — after stateNo claims, no metrics — just the shift in structure.
Featured Systems
Each entry is a paired dossier — the business context on the face, the system path underneath. Select a card to open its case study, or step through the full project set.

Senior MIS / Digital Transformation / Systems Architecture
Designing and implementing business systems, MIS solutions and workflow automation for real operational requirements.
The work follows the operation itself: understanding the process, the people and the data flow first, then structuring the system that supports it.
Worked on projects associated with
Royal EnfieldNovaCareFinviz
Worked on business system and transformation projects associated with organizations including these names — described here as project context, not direct employment.

Earlier Business Systems Work
Working principle
First, understand who does the work, what information they need, what happens next, where approvals happen, where data is stored and what management needs to see. Then design the system around that process.

View ExperienceHow I Build Systems
Every system starts as a process, not a codebase. I study how the work actually runs — who does it, what information moves, where it waits — then design the technology around that. The same eight steps, in the same order, on every project.
Process, people, bottlenecks, data flow and the rules that actually govern the work.
Every stage, handoff and approval written down as it really happens.
Where work stalls, repeats or waits on a person instead of a system.
Entities, records and relationships structured before anything is built.
The operational application assembled around the mapped process.
Manual, repeated steps replaced with rules and scheduled logic.
Dashboards and reports that give management visibility and control.
Rolled out, observed in use, then refined against real operations.
Eight steps — business understanding first, technology second.
Capabilities
Six areas of practice, grouped as they show up in real work — business understanding on one side, the tools that deliver it on the other. Grouped by discipline; scope is added as each system is documented.
Capability areas — no ratings, levels or scores.
Here are the systems, workflows and experiments I’ve been building.
