A source video and a face source image become one swapped-face video.
A serious visual-effects instrument for creators working with their own media.
Your footage drives the scene while the replacement face resolves in the mesh until the swap completes.
01 Source video
Your video sets the stage
The source video is the footage the face is swapped into.
Bring footage you own and the swap starts from your own scene.
The source video is the footage the face is swapped into — the stage the whole solve plays on. Bring footage you own and every later step starts from your own scene, frame by frame, as the mesh builds outward.

Lattice
Every cell is a solve point
The mesh resolves from wireframe toward solid as the swap is computed.
The realistic result is built point by point, not pasted on.

02 Face source
The face source locks in
A face source image supplies the replacement face.
Use a face image you own and the surface resolves toward it.
A face source image supplies the replacement face. The solid surface resolves toward it across the footage, so the swap carries one consistent identity from the first frame to the last.

Patches resolve to solid
The solid surface is assembled from surface patches.
The swap reads as one continuous face, not a seam.

The swap applied
The completed swap produces a swapped-face video.

How it works
A swap runs in three steps: your source video sets the stage, a face source image supplies the replacement face, and the result renders as a swapped-face video you can review and download.
The mesh resolves from wireframe toward solid as the swap is computed, so the realistic result is built point by point, not pasted on.
