I have a friend who wants to go into the laundry business called Ajistar Laundry. As a senior software developer, i want you to develope a webapp that will allow him run his operation easily using Html, Css, Javascript, PHP, mysql, with the following functionalities; 1. This webapp is going to be in CMS format, where the admin can perform different configuration from the backend. 2. Customers can subscribe to different laundary services. 3. Make payment online using paystack api or flautterwave 4. Customer can login to see their laundry orders and how long it will take for their luandry to be ready/tracking. 5. Admin should be able to create different subscription plan with fee and expiry date, run discount, promos, coupons. 6. There should also be a referal program section, that allows you to earn some point per referal which can be converted to credit and can be used as laundry service payment. 7. Customers should be able to get email notification of their subscription, payment, sms notification and in-app notification. 8. admin should be able to track others, purchase, cost, profits, stocks (laundry consumables) 9. Admin should be able to see all customers based on different filters e.g per state, plans, revenue, referals e.t.c for survey and marketing purpose. 10. A customer walkin section where the receptionist can easily key in laundary services registered and rendered. 11. All successful payment number will be part of the tagged number i.e when a cusomer pays for laundry service online, the system will automatically generate a receipt number "AJL-12344" as the receipt number. The the tag number will now be "AJL-12344-001", the tag number is important as its a unique number that will be used in identifying the customers laundry items. 12. Make a short-code availble for reference that admin can pick from when setting up a customized email/messages. 13. The themplate for this should be a morden designs with lots of graphics/fx using premium colors with a good landing page that can be modified from the admin panel This are the features that i can remember, you can add more feature that you think it will be useful for this operation. Dnt forget to put into consideration all security vulnerability to ensure the fullest security.
