The Srinu AI Assistant is designed to manage phone calls and voicemails for Srinu Sarakala, providing a seamless experience by handling calls, transcribing voicemails, and identifying call topics. This document outlines the system requirements for the development and enhancement of the Srinu AI Assistant.

System Overview

The Srinu AI Assistant aims to automate the process of managing phone calls and voicemails. It will answer calls, transcribe voicemails, and identify the topics of conversations, providing a summary to the user. This will enable Srinu to efficiently manage communications without direct interaction.

Functional Requirements as Story Points

  • As a User, I should be able to have my phone calls picked up automatically by the AI assistant.
  • As a User, I should be able to receive transcriptions of my voicemails.
  • As a User, I should be able to receive summaries of call topics to understand the context of the conversation.
  • As a User, I should be able to specify which calls the AI assistant should prioritize based on caller ID or keywords.
  • As a User, I should be able to access a log of all calls and voicemails handled by the AI assistant.

Signature Design Concept

Interactive Call Management Dashboard: The homepage will feature an interactive dashboard where users can view and manage their calls and voicemails. The dashboard will have animated cards representing each call or voicemail, which flip to reveal details when clicked. Users can drag and drop cards to prioritize them. The design will use motion/react for smooth animations and transitions.

Landing Hero Motion Brief

The landing page will feature an animated illustration of a phone transforming into a digital assistant interface. The animation will show incoming calls being sorted and transcribed in real-time, highlighting the AI's efficiency. The loop will last 10 seconds, showing calls being categorized and summarized. The animation will use motion/react for seamless transitions and will be responsive to different screen sizes.

  • The landing page will feature moderate scroll-triggered reveals and hover transitions. Interactive elements will have spring physics for a polished user experience.
