This document outlines the system requirements for the SAAS Product, an AI standup/status-report bot designed for small teams. The product aims to streamline updates and reduce the need for status meetings, targeting remote SMB teams and agencies. The product will be monetized as a SaaS offering, with a pricing model of $2–$8 per user per month.

2. System Overview

The SAAS Product is a micro SaaS application that integrates with Slack and Teams to automate team workflows by providing progress summarization and blockers clustering. It is designed to save meeting time and keep managers informed, leveraging product-led growth strategies and targeting remote agencies.

Interactive Status Report Animation

The landing page will feature an interactive animation where status updates visually transform into a summarized report. Users will see individual updates represented as floating cards that cluster together to form a cohesive report. This animation will be built using motion/react for smooth transitions and interactions. Users can hover over cards to see details and click to expand summaries. The animation will loop every 10 seconds, providing a continuous visual narrative of the product's capabilities.

LANDING HERO MOTION BRIEF

The hero section will depict a series of digital post-it notes gathering around a central digital board. As the notes gather, they transform into a cohesive report, showcasing the product's ability to summarize and cluster information. This will be achieved using CSS animations and motion/react for a seamless experience. The animation will be responsive, ensuring clarity on all devices, and will settle into a static state when not in motion.

8. Interaction Model & Motion Direction

  • Interaction Model: Animated
  • The landing page will feature moderate scroll-triggered reveals and hover transitions. Interactive elements will have spring physics for a polished feel. This approach is best suited for a feature-rich product page, providing a balance of motion and clarity.
